When renowned restaurateurs Themis Chryssidis and MasterChef’s Callum Hann set out to create their dream venue, they envisioned a modern Mediterranean dining experience inspired by the rich flavours of Morocco and the Middle East. Nestled in bustling Pirie Street, the space was reimagined to offer diverse dining experiences, with carefully curated finishes designed to transport guests straight to Europe. Every detail— from texture to ambiance—immerses guests in a culinary journey beyond borders.
